My real estate journey started in the trenches – building a thriving business from the ground up, growing a high-performing team, and helping clients navigate their own real estate journeys. That foundation of hands-on experience evolved into a decade of leadership, where I served as General Manager overseeing 800+ real estate professionals and coached the top 1% of producers.

After nearly a decade in leadership, management, and coaching, I've come back to what I love most – helping people during life's biggest transitions. There's something special about helping someone find not just a house, but a home where their next chapter can unfold.

Yes, we'll dig into market analysis and negotiation strategies (and I love that part too!), but we'll also share laughs and probably swap some great stories along the way. After all, if we're going to spend time together making one of life's biggest investments, we might as well have some fun doing it!

When I'm not helping clients find their perfect match or recording episodes for my podcast, you'll find me chasing adventures with my three daughters (18, 16, and 13), getting my workout in at the gym, or trying to keep up with my energetic Aussiedoodle, Minnie.
